Service Overview

ClearVocals provides AI-powered audio separation and video dubbing services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Credit System

• Audio separation: ~150 credits/hour
• Video dubbing: ~8.1 credits/minute
• AI clipping: ~3.75 credits/minute
• Credits never expire (except free tier)
• All AI features included at base rate

Content Policy

You may not upload content that violates copyright, contains illegal material, or violates applicable laws.

Data & Privacy

• Files are temporarily stored during processing
• Automatically deleted after processing
• You retain all rights to your content

Payment & Refunds

• Payments processed via Stripe
• Credits refunded if processing fails due to technical issues
• No refunds for user error or quality preferences

Limitation of Liability

Services provided "as is." We are not liable for AI result quality, business losses, or data loss. Liability limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
